As a trusted advisor to companies in the life sciences and healthcare sector for nearly twenty years, he helps organizations understand, mitigate, and manage legal risk in this highly regulated industry. He is frequently called upon to provide legal guidance to cross-functional project teams, as well as provide Canadian legal expertise to lawyers outside of Canada. Timothy is an industry leader, who has been recognized by his clients and his peers for his specialized expertise in the health care field, having been named multiple times as a leading Canadian lawyer in “Who’s Who Legal: Healthcare”. He is fully bilingual (English-French).
